A very warm and friendly gentleman, made me and my wife very welcome, asked questions about my ailment, listened to my replies, explained possible problem, course of action to be taken thoroughly, made sure we were aware of the time involved and what to do if time line was not maintained, confirmed my understanding and gave contact numbers should I have any problems/questions.
