What can I say that hasn't already been said about Mr Ellis by so many on this website. From the moment I met Mr Ellis and his warm welcome to not only me but my wife I felt totally at ease even before my consultation. He gave me many options available for my treatment and explained them clearly and concisely. We agreed on a total knee replacement would be my best procedure, He was totally committed to my welfare and understood my concerns which he put at ease with his clear explanation. On the day of my surgery the procedure from booking into KIMS to being shown to my room, meeting all the fantastic staff and eventually having my operation was faultless, I was continually being reassured and again everything was explained in such great clarity. The whole team lead by Mr Ellis remained professional throughout, my welfare was at the forefront of all that happened, nothing was to much for the staff, every need is catered for. I really can not thank Mr Ellis and his amazing team enough. Thank you. Paul Brosnan
