Mr Simon Ellis , i cant praise you enough . Reassuring , calm yet with a professional manner. He visited me everyday after my operation and ensured i was on the right medication because of my allergy to lots of drugs. His operating team , highly professional and calm. I would like to mention about KIMS hospital and the staff . If only i knew them all by name . The reception and pre-assessment staff were polite and competent ; the catering staff namely Petra, Helen , Erika and Magda were all so kind as were the cleaning staff. The chefs served good nourishing and quality food . A thank you to the the nursing staff , again nameless to me , except for Cynthia , her laughter was a tonic .The porters were gentle and caring and the car park and gardens were maintained to a high standard . After my discharge , i have been seeing Ian the physiotherapist who has been very helpful giving me lots of confidence . Lastly but not least , nurse Trina , who gently took out the 35 clips on my knee , thank you . All in all i would highly recommend KIMS hospital and its staff
