Mr Ellis is an absolute superstar, with superpowers in communicating and care!! He made me feel totaly safe about having an operation, the first in my life! He listenesd to my many many questions and answered with knowledge, confidence and tact. He has clearly expained what I can do to help my own recovery and given me hope that I wil dance agian, hooray! I felt safe and secure and in excellent experenced and talented hands! Thank you Mr Ellis!!
