Mr Poonawalla was open honest and sensitive from the start when he had to deliver the news that I had breast cancer. He has been very supportive and has explained every process and procedure in a compassionate manner. I have had every confidence in him which is comforting during such a difficult time.

Mr Poonawala gave me excellent care from the first day of diagnosis to my last appointment two weeks after my mastectomy and reconstruction. He explained the treatment I would require and it's pros and cons in detail to myself and my husband. When I had a problem a week after my operation he saw me immediately to reassure me and sort the problem out. I can not speak highly enough of his care and would recommend him to all.

I have recently been under the care of Mr Poonawala for a Fibroadenoma. I felt totally at ease with him and felt I could ask him any questions without feeling silly. Mr Poonawala took the time and effort to sit with me and ease my fears. We decided that it was best for me to have the lump removed as my mother is in remission for breast cancer. I have, today, been discharged now with a clean bill of health. Thank you so much Mr Poonawala, you made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Joanne.
