Cannot fault the care and treatment I received during my recent experience, Mr P was very sensitive and patient and I always felt as though he was giving me his all and I was his only patient on that day. At times like that having someone sharing your sense of humour puts you so at ease.

Mr Poonawala spoke with a calmness and clarity that ensured I had fully understood the news he was delivering in relation to both my diagnosis and results.He repeated key points without me asking although I don't think I appeared to be misunderstanding. He was not waffling or speaking for the sake of it but this all put me at ease. He knew my history ,albeit from my notes as we had not met before , but I have had experiences where even this basic attention has not happened. The fact that he had and with a thoroughness gave me confidence at this traumatic time. He answered my questions without belittling their importance to me and had a lovely manner and humour which left me in high spirits after my results.

Mr Poonawala is a fanastic surgeon. he doesn't normally carry out my kind of operation on a young woman and he has done a marvellous job I had no after pain and could carry on as normal. He was caring and understanding and answered all my questions. I couldn't have wished for a better surgeon. Thank you

Mr Shabbir Poonawala is one of the nicest most caring doctors I have met nothing was too much trouble and he did his best to put me at ease realising I was extremely stressed.I would recommend him anytime he's a true gentleman as well as a great surgeon along with a great team of nursing staff who truly seem to care many thanks keep up the great work .

I was diagnosed with breast cancer June 2014 and had my operation January 2015. Mr Poonawala is an amazing surgeon and person. He is caring and sensitive in explaining the treatment and procedures.
