Mr Price saved our son's life! He had a car accident in 2011... severe head injuries, fractured spine and many broken bones. We were told when the doctors examined scans of the head, there was brain stem damage along with other bleeds. This was what was known as the screen of 'no hope.' Mr Price looked at this 23 year old and gave him a fighting chance, for which we will be eternally grateful. He operated on him. Scott was in a coma for more than two months and was in hospital/rehab for about 18 months, during which time he had to learn to speak and walk again. For every appointment with Mr Price, he would take great interest in Scott's progress and ask about his two young children. He would even come out into the waiting area to push his wheelchair into his consulting room. Although Scott has has been left with ABI and physical disabilities, including spasticity down one side of his body, he can speak, walk with the use of a stick and has a good quality of life. That's far more than we thought possible in 2011. "Thank you" just isn't lenough

Recently Mr Price was my consultant for a discectomy. I felt his care was fantastic He takes his time to explain and show you the problem and what they are going to do about it. Mr Price had such a pleasant manner I trusted him instantly, he doesn’t rush you and is happy to repeat anything you are unsure of. I was extremely grateful to Mr Price as my quality of life was poor until my operation and even in COVID times he did his utter best for me and the care provided was fantastic Would recommend Mr Price without a second thought.

Mr Rupert price has seen me as a patient since 2010 and last operated on me 4 weeks ago he is very professional talks to you in a way that puts you at ease explains everything in a way that you can understand and dedicated He's not only a great surgeon but also a lovely man

Mr price was very thorough and explained everything before I had my operation and put me at ease. The staff on ward 228 were excellent I can't fault anything.

Rupert Price has been looking after a close friend with a complex tumour. As I work in healthcare myself, she has told me much of the detail of her care. This surgeon has gone above and beyond the call of duty to be open and honest, and has gone out his way to make sure our friend has had everything she has needed. His colleagues all speak highly of his technical expertise too. He has been absolutely FANTASTIC
