Mr Dubey was a very good surgeon, he has a very calm manner and you can tell he generally cares about his patients. I felt very safe in his care and would highly recommend him.

I had been told in January 2018 that I had a tumour in my spinal cord I was told that if it was not removed that it would paralyse me, this was a big blow as I was only 32 and had 3 children but the surgery also carried a big risk of Paralysis so as you can imagine I was not happy, but mr Dubey was brilliant, he explained how he was going to carry this out and put my mind at rest by his confidence in doing the opp, he had to cancel a couple of times due to not being able get the whole team together and was not willing to risk it just to get the Operation out the way, it was a 9 hour opp and all went well. My stay in hospital was just over two weeks to which my Dubey came and saw how I was doing on the Ward, and came again late one night even tho he had be in theatre all day to let me know that the tumour that was removed was benign and everything was good. I’ve also been to two appointments since opp and mr Dubey give you the time you need and is very interested and passionate about his Job, he has good sense of humour which is good in these situations to stop you feeling to anxious.

My top vertebrae had fallen on my spinal cord like the leaning tower of pisa causing considerable paralysis. Mr Dubey performed a long surgical operation to remove bone off the cord and then stabilize the condition with rods and screws. This was difficult and dangerous work at the base of my skull. He did this despite me being 80 years old. After 3 months I am nearly back to normal

Mr Rahul Dubey operated on my spine after a serious motorbike accident. Initially my future was uncertain but I am now walking with crutches after six months and am going from strength to strength - I would not have been able to recover so well if it was not for Mr Dubey’s successful operation completed on my spine, which involved 6 screws inserted between Thoracic T2-T4. Without him my prognosis would never have been so good. Thank you so much.
