I saw Mr Moussa yesterday at Bupa Bushey as a private patient. I did not feel he was interested in my excess acid problems at all. Made no suggestions re diet etc. nor help with sore throat nor acid in mouth. Very disappointed after waiting so long to see him. (He was running 45.minutes late.) I worked in the health system and cannot believe how bad yesterday’s appointment was! Would not recommend.

I was made to feel listened to and supported immediately. The process was explained clearly and throughout it all I felt safe and relieved to know I was getting the treatment I needed.

Mr Moussa was very caring and patient with me. He took time to explain to me the procedure and the after surgery care was really great. A really nice man.

Mr Moussa is a real gentleman and very down to earth. He explains everything very well. He is very charming and I would certainly recommend him and his skills as a surgeon. All the staff I came into contact with under Mr Moussa were very pleasant and kind.

I had the pleasure of seeing Mr Moussa for a pre- and post-consultation in relation to the hernia repair he recently performed on me. I have nothing but the highest regard for his professionalism from start to finish and the genuine care he showed at all times.

Mr Moussa was friendly and confident, I felt in great hands. I had a laparoscopic gallbladder removal which went really well, and I’m now pain free and able to eat normally again. Very pleased and thankful to Mr Moussa.

I saw Mr Moussa on 1st August 2024 to discuss results of a Gastro Endoscopy. He welcomed me with a smile and joked about seeing me at the Endoscopy. I immediately felt at ease. He explained I would need an operation, if I was willing and proceeded to explain in depth the procedure. He gave me time to ask questions which he answered fully and understandably. On the 28th October Mr Moussa came to see me on the ward to explain the procedure again making me feel very confident going ahead with the operation. I had a a Robotic Hiatus Hernia Repair, a massive Hiatal Hernia Repair and a GastroPhrenic Reconstruction. The registra came round afterwards explaining I had given Mr Moussa a lot of hard work, but the operation had been a successful. The next day Mr Moussa visited, filled me with confidence everything went well. I gradually ate food which I had eaten for months which has changed my life. The after care was excellent Mr Moussa checked everything was going well on the 6th February I was discharged from his care. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mr Moussa and team for how life has changed. I would certainly recommend him to everyone. Thank you.

Mr Moussa is professional, compassionate, wonderfully communicative and justifiably confident. Mr Moussa and his team turned a major surgical procedure into an absolutely comforting experience. I can not express my gratitude enough for how my life has changed and improved since being under the care of Mr Moussa. The NHS is truly fortunate to have Mr Moussa. My son and I thank you all so very much for everything.
