I HAD A TOTAL RIGHT HIP REPLACEMENT AFTER WORSENING PAIN AND ALSO HISTORIC BACK PROBLEMS MADE WORSE BY MY HIP. MR SHAH WAS SO REASSURING FROM THE VERY FIREST CONSULTATION THROUGH TO MY DISCHARGE IN MARCH. I WAS FINDING LIFE AS A HANDS ON GRANDMA AND MY BUSY SOCIAL LIFE MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT. AFTER THE OP AT THE END OF JANUARY, I WAS VERY CONSCIENCIOUS IN ADHERING TO THE RECOVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND NOW, SOME 3 MONTHS LATER, TOTALLY PAIN FREE (APART FROM THE BACK) AND ABLE TO DO ALL THE THINGS I PREVIOUSLY ENJOYED (LOCKDOWN EXCEPTED)! THE FOLLOW UP PHYSIOTHEREPY SESSIONS WERE SO HELPFUL ALTHOUGH HARD WORK AND HELPED MY RECOVERY SO MUCH QUICKER. I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF MR SHAH AND HIS TEAM AND WOULD UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WHO IS SUFFERING. HE IS INDEED SUCH A LOVELY, UNASSUMING MAN WHO TRUELY CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS. THANKYOU MR. SHAH AND YOUR TEAM, YOU ARE AMAZING.

Mr Shah has carried out 2 hip and 2 knee operations on me over the past five years and they have all been successful. I did have a slight problem with one of the knee replacements which had nothing to do with the operation but just some slight stiffness. Mr Shah could not have been more kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble for him. Like the previous reviewer said you can actually talk to him without thinking you are talking to some kind of God and he listens to everything you say. I also had the pleasure of meeting his Secretary who was an absolute delight.

Mr Nirav Shah is the most Human and caring hard working doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Apart from his excellence in procedures he is not the God type but treats one as a fellow human. Should anybody need surgery on hips and knees I would recommend this Gentleman above all others I have been involved with. He is contentious, caring and extremely hard working. It has been a pure pleasure to have been under his care. Also his secretary has been most helpful and caring a wonderful combination.
