Dr. Ahmad and the entire team at the Whittington Orthopaedic and Trauma Department – nurses, surgeons, reception staff – have been brilliant throughout. Friendly, professional, warm, reassuring and always prepared to listen and answer questions. I felt I was in safe hands and would recommend this department wholeheartedly. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff I dealt with to thank them individually. You couldn't fault them.

Dr Ahmad was extremely professional and understanding. He and his team kept in contact with me via telephone before and after my operation to reassure me and answer any questions. I found Dr Ahmed team explained everything in detail and ensured that I had all relevant information.
During my visits to the hospital I was comfortable at all times because of the strict procedures they had in place regarding Covid-19. I was seen on time. This included masks gloves, multiple hand sanitiser stations and strict social distancing measures between patients which was very easy to follow.
Overall I have found the pre and post operation care to be outstanding and they whole team have been very supportive.
