My mother had a total knee replacement which was performed by Mr Ahmad and I must say that his attitude towards her has made the recovery speedy. A very pleasant and a professional doctor who has his patient's interest at heart. When mum was hysterical because hadnt received her covid results and the clinic had to discharge her, Mr Ahmad stayed with her for as long as possible to calm her down. Luckily, the results came and he proceeded with the operation. We were very pleased to see him again for mum's follow up a week ago to personally thank him for his exemplary work. He deserves the maximum stars.

Mr Ahmad carried out a knee replacement operation for me on the 29 July this year. I had been a patient of his since last year, and due to Covid, the operation was postponed for some months. Mr Ahmad kept me informed, and when I saw him in his clinic on the 2 July, he explained that operations were again being scheduled, and discussed the best possible option with me, after a full examination, and x-rays. On the day of the operation he again discussed whether a full or a partial knee replacement was the best way forward, and after discussion, we agreed to go for the full knee replacement. The operation was a success, and I’ve had excellent aftercare, advice and support from Mr Ahmad, who I’ve seen regularly in his clinic. I’m now eight weeks post op, and recovering well, and walking well. His consideration and support has been a tremendous part of my recovery, and I would highly recommend him for his compassion, Communication skills, and professionalism.

I recently had a knee replacement done by Mr Ahmad. I am extremely pleased with the results of the surgery and am recovering much quicker than anticipated. Before the surgery Mr Ahmad explained the procedure in detail and was happy to answer all my questions. He is very approachable. He even phoned me a few days after my discharge from hospital, to see how I was getting on. At my 2 week post op appointment he was again very caring. I would highly recommend him.

I found my visit very positive - and enjoyable. Mr Ahmad gave me plenty of time, and he answered my questions clearly. I was seen on time and had minimal waiting time when I went for X-ray. My actual operation was performed in the Schoen clinic, but there was no problem in liaison between the Clinic and the Whittington.

I am a patient of Dr Ahmad He recommended that I have a knee replacement as I was in so much pain it was unbearable then Covid 19 arrived and I really suffered but there was nothing anyone could do. After so many months of lockdown I received the phone call which seemed like I was waiting for for years that Dr Ahmad was able to do the transplant in august of course I agreed I was having it done at the Schoen clinic in Wigmore street as theWhittington hospital was not doing operations the staff there were fantastic they took great care of me and as for Dr Ahmad a complete gentleman he explained all of the procedure and how long it would take and what would happen after he completed the operation with no complications he came to see if I was fine if I had any questions he is a true professional and I can honestly say I feel amazing I’m walking around my knee scar is perfectly straight and the only pain I have is the healing process. If I ever in the future need to have another knee or hip replaced I only hope Dr Ahmad would be the doctor doing it as I have every confidence in him and his staff.
