Doctor Mudussar was very professional and attentive. He explained very clearly what had happened to my elbow and what the risks were, as well as the steps to move forward. He replied to all my questions in a clear and comprehensive way. Very happy with the treatment received.

Excellent communication: Directed his conversation to my 12 year old son, the patient, as was appropriate and examined the fracture very gently, but then also explained to both of us what he was checking and why, and what he had seen on the x-rays. Understood why I was concerned about my son's ability to write a long examination with a broken finger in just over 10 days' time and so kindly wrote a note explaining that he might need a bit of extra time. The whole appointment was a reassuring experience.

I have only met with Mr Ahmad on 2 occasions but, each time I felt he took the time to listen and I did not feel rushed to discuss the issues I was having. He explained where I was in terms of my specific diagnosis and I feel I have the knowledge to make the best of my situation. I am only sorry to learn that Mr Ahmad is now leaving the Whittington - I wish him luck in his new role.
