Mr El-sayed and the two nurses made me feel very relaxed before, during and after my cold coagulation. He answered questions I had and informed me of the procedure and what to expect afterwards. He was very happy, relaxed and approachable which put me at ease.

Dr El-Sayed provided us with adequate information about the procedure. He was also very proactive as he arranged for a blood test for me so that I would have the results in hand by the time of the planned hysteroscopy surgery. He was very reassuring throughout the appointment. He made sure we understood everything and gave my husband and I time to ask any questions we had.
