I recommend everybody with a problem with their hip to get it done as soon as possible. The longer they wait, it will be painful and will take longer to recover. I was pleasantly surprised on the day of the surgery that the pain was acceptable and I got up the same day with physios. I have followed the exercises the physios told me to do, and within 3 weeks I was completely out of pain, and it was a question of building up my fitness. I endeavour to walk up to 200 yards a day up to 3 weeks when I could do 3/4 of a mile daily. After 5 weeks, the physios gave me a new set of exercises which I did. I am happy with my scar. I have now build up my fitness at 9 weeks to walk 6 miles daily. My hip is almost back to normal. I would absolutely recommend Mr El-Husseiny. He said what it said on the tin! I would thoroughly recommend anyone who has a hip problem to have it done as soon as possible under him.

I would highly recommend Dr Moataz El-Husseiny. After having a nasty fall I underwent a serious trauma operation on my femur which Dr Moataz El-Husseiny carried out and was successful. Thank you for your tremendous skill in performing my procedure operation. Your talent and caring manner is a credit to the medical profession. You are truly a lifesaver. Thank you, again. I was due to have a Total Knee Replacement in April 2020 but due to the pandemic it was cancelled.I was then contacted by the waiting list to move me to another Consultants list Mr El Husseiny and I am so pleased I was . I was contacted by Mr El Husseiny in July 2020 offering to operate on me in the August, he said although we had never met in clinic he would be more than happy to see me. I had my operation and due to the pandemic was unable to see him in clinic, but I did have phone calls with him and he answered all my concerns . I have since seen him in clinic and I am very happy with my new knee . I cannot say enough words of how lovely Mr El Husseiny is, he is kind caring and compassionate and listens to everything you say, nothing is too much trouble for him. I would recommend him as a Consultant and a person he is so very nice .

I had a hip replacement in April which was very delayed due to the pandemic and I was concerned at the time but Mr Moataz El-Husseiny remained calm, reassuring and professional, he provided me with a lot of support and information. The operation was a great success, he did a brilliant job and I recommend Mr Moataz El-Husseiny. I cannot thank him enough for taking away the constant pain I had and giving me the opportunity to walk again pain free.
