I met Mr Norton at Hayle Hospital on 15th April 2024 as i was having increased pain in my left hip and lower back. He listened intently to my problem and told me that the x ray shows normal condition of my right hip, but as it is a metal on metal hip he said that i will have my chromium levels checked that day, which was duly done. Mr Norton has booked me in for an MRI scan to which i am waiting for a date and which hospital i have to go too to have it carried out, i will ring Mr Norton as he requested as soon as i have had the scans done. I was given good guidance at the hospital and would like to thank Mr Norton for his approachability and commitment. Thanks and Kind Regards Roy Clarke

Mr Norton is a very experienced orthopaedic surgeon. He replaced my left hip in 2000 and I am now seeing him about my right hip. He takes time to listens to you and explains very carefully the next steps and why. I have complete confidence in Mr Norton and would recommend him to anyone with hip problems.

During all consultations with Mr Norton, he was approachable and explained all symptoms, diagnosis and courses of action at length. Models/examples of the various remedial joints were also very helpful at this stage. I received Hip Injections in both my Hips (starting in 2021) before my first Hip Resurfacing in January 2024. On all occasions Mr Norton and his team were courteous and highly professional. Especially appreciated were the pre-procedure visits by Mr Norton and the Anaesthetist putting my Pre-Opp mind at rest. Aftercare was to an equally high standard. Thank you all Nursing Staff and Physiotherapy Department.
