From my first consultation to my last mr white put me at ease with the whole process, before my hip replacement I was using a cane, and on strong pain killers every day, within less than 6 weeks he has given me my life back, can’t say anymore, would definitely recommend him to anybody needing hip or knee surgery .

Mr. White was recommended by a colleague of his at Peterborough General Hospital who lives in our village. I am extremely grateful for that recommendation as the entire process of my hip replacement went swimmingly. From the very first introduction, Mr. White acted with the utmost professionalism. His manner was courteous and reassuring. He explained my condition and the surgical process clearly and without using jargon. I was apprehensive about the prospect of major surgery, as I am sure most patients are, but Mr. White put me at ease immediately and my confidence levels rose markedly during and after that first consultation. It is now 6 weeks since the operation and I am walking without crutches and have no pain. The scar healed perfectly and I have had no complications. I have now been signed off and hope to be back driving in the next few days. Altogether a very positive experience.

Even though I was very frightened when I broke my hip and had to wait for over 24 hours for my operation he came to explain the operation and was very confident and compassionate in his approach and put me at ease. The operation went very well and I was up the next day able to walk with a walker to the bathroom the next day I had a shower. The care I received was marvellous and two days later I went home. I was worried about the scar I might have from the hip replacement but you can hardly see it just a very thin line which has healed really well, I used the walker for two weeks a crutch for three weeks and then started walking unaided. I cant thank the doctor enough for being so caring at my follow up appointment for talking to me about my operation and for being so cheerful and positive. I am very happy with the treatment I received

I saw Mr Jonathan White on Tuesday 17 October 2023. He welcomed me to his surgery by shaking my hand which put me at ease straight away. He assessed my progress and we discussed a further necessary operation. He explained the procedure in lay terms and I am happy to proceed. I found Mr White friendly and he had a caring attitude. We even discussed some personal matters and I got the feeling that he was not rushing me through the appointment considering how busy he was. Mr Johnathan White is an outstanding and caring surgeon, I trust him completely and I am looking forward to my next operation.
