Mr. Kurian when I met him put me completely at my ease - he explained exactly what the operation on my hand would entail and the aftercare I would receive. Even in the operating theatre he was chatting to me and I was completely relaxed. I can’t speak highly enough of his expertise and I would, without hesitation thoroughly recommend him!

Mr Kurian is very knowledgeable & friendly, from meeting him to having shoulder surgery was less than 5 weeks at newark hospital, after 26 months of having a frozen shoulder I am so happy to be able to lift my arm and not have the pain I had before, he’s done an excellent job with the surgery, very professional, I was dreading having the surgery & being in lots of pain but I’ve had no pain since and the progress is steady, it’s improving each day with physio, I have no regrets now about the surgery…quite the opposite, I’m thrilled that I’ve had it! Newark hospital is the best hospital I’ve had surgery at, the staff are amazing! They can’t do enough for the patients, they make it such a lovely place to go, it’s friendly, funny
