He did an excellent job in quickly identifying the problem with my elbow and was able to quickly arrange the surgical procedure that was required to rectify it. He explained clearly what had happened and the procedure that was required to fix it and put me at ease. At all times communication from both him and his secretary was excellent and they answered any questions that I had quickly and efficiently. His secretary also followed up with my insurance provider when there was a potential issue that may of held things up. The operation was very successful and subsequent follow ups were booked in to monitor my progress. Overall a very positive experience. I was seen by Dr Phandnis initially at the Royal Sussex Hospital via the NHS and then at the montefiore hospital as a private patient for the subsequent surgery and aftercare.

I have been receiving care from Joideep following surgery at the RSCH in January. Joideep has recently been required to operate and remove the infected plate from my elbow. Whilst it has been a lengthy journey his care has been excellent and I hope now well on the road to a permanent recovery. as well as excellent clinical care his tome keeping for appointments and general communication is excellent.

Whilst riding my bike it decided to eject me from the seat which caused a significant fracture at the top of my right arm. Everything was explained to me in non medical speak by Mr Phadnis. The operation went as it was meant to do. The follow up appointments were seamless and, again, everything was explained and my questions answered. The scar is healing so successfully it does not reflect the seriousness and trauma of the injury. Whilst I would have preferred to have not met Mr Phadnis, due to my situation, I am glad I did!

Following over 2 years of failed tennis elbow non-op treatment including 2 steroid injections, monthly physio and acupuncture. The pain was becoming debilitating, making it hard to deal with day to day activities including work, washing, eating and sleeping. After meeting with Mr Phadnis who identified a partial tear also in a tendon we agreed open surgery to release and repair my left elbow was the best way forward. Three months on and I haven't looked back. Within 2 months I had made significant progress and can now get back on with my life and the ultimate goal of some racket sports and cricket in the future. I can't thank Mr Phadnis and the team enough for giving me my left arm back!
