I first met with Prof McCaul two years ago at a private hospital in Glasgow following a referral to investigate a lump in my neck (which thank goodness turned out to be nothing of suspicion). I mentioned in passing to Prof McCaul that I had been bothered by my facial asymmetry for as long as I could remember. He explained the rationale for why I had this and he offered his opinions on what the options could be to treat this, should it be something I was to later consider addressing. No pressure to have anything done, in fact quite the opposite. I have seen him three times now since that first meeting, twice for treatment, and once him telling me it did not yet need repeating. Extremely professional and knowledgable Surgeon who is clearly not motivated to perform treatments that are not necessary. I have never looked back . Highly recommend.
