I was treated by Dr McCaul to remove a salvatory gland tumour. I can't thank Mr McCaul enough for saving my life. He did amazing work throughout my surgeries and has gave me a quality of life. He is very friendly, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. Amazing surgeon. 100% would recommend his services. I am so very thankful and grateful to have met him.

I had a bullhorn lip lift and blepharoplasty with Professor McCaul last year. Professor McCaul is down to earth and tells it how it is. You can be assured he won’t be doing any procedures unless he feels there would be a benefit to the patient and a positive outcome. He refused to do a procedure on my chin as he said there was a high possibility of there not being a good outcome. I respected that he was honest and felt assured that the clinic are not just looking for my money but have my best interests at heart. My lip lift is amazing! The space between my nose and top lip had elongated due to age and my top lip had turned in and virtually disappeared. Not an attractive look! The lip lift shortened the space between my nose and top lip and flipped my lip so it is a perfect size to match my bottom lip. The result is very natural and has given me a more youthful and feminine look. I did have a long face but a surprising side effect of this surgery is that my face now doesn’t appear so long and my features/face are more in proportion. My upper eye surgery also has amazing results. My eyes are more open so look bigger and I can wear eyeshadow again as you can see my eyelids. I’m exceedingly happy with the outcome of both procedures. I was well looked after from start to finish. My wounds healed with no infections and my scars are neat, minimal and almost disappeared. I would have no hesitation in recommending Professor McCaul and the rest of the team at LBF. You would definitely be in safe hands and your best interests are at the forefront.

I had a facelift with Professor McCaul this year. I could not be happier with the results. I had been a smoker and a sun worshipper for years, stopped both and realised the damage i had done. I went to Professor McCaul and he really listened, and explained everything to me very clearly. I now look at least 10 years younger - and get compliments all the time about how fresh i am looking. I had upper blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty surgeries last year done by Prof McCaul. From the very start he put me at ease and listened to and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve from the surgery. I didn’t want anyone to notice I’d had surgery which sounds crazy knowing I was slightly changing my face and didn’t really think it was possible but Prof McCaul did exactly that making very tiny tweaks. The results couldn’t be more perfect and I can’t thank him enough so would most definitely recommend him and the whole team at La Belle Forme for continually keeping me up to date from start to finish

I had thought about upper and lower eye surgery for many years and decided last year to go through with it. I researched and came across Prof James McCaul. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He listened to my expectations and surpassed these!! He is extremely professional and informative and on top of that a really nice guy! Just had my year post op check and am delighted with the results. The whole team involved from reception, theatre staff and anaesthetist were supberb. They made a life changing moment for me a breeze.
