I had a bullhorn lip lift and blepharoplasty with Professor McCaul last year. Professor McCaul is down to earth and tells it how it is. You can be assured he won’t be doing any procedures unless he feels there would be a benefit to the patient and a positive outcome. He refused to do a procedure on my chin as he said there was a high possibility of there not being a good outcome. I respected that he was honest and felt assured that the clinic are not just looking for my money but have my best interests at heart. My lip lift is amazing! The space between my nose and top lip had elongated due to age and my top lip had turned in and virtually disappeared. Not an attractive look! The lip lift shortened the space between my nose and top lip and flipped my lip so it is a perfect size to match my bottom lip. The result is very natural and has given me a more youthful and feminine look. I did have a long face but a surprising side effect of this surgery is that my face now doesn’t appear so long and my features/face are more in proportion. My upper eye surgery also has amazing results. My eyes are more open so look bigger and I can wear eyeshadow again as you can see my eyelids. I’m exceedingly happy with the outcome of both procedures. I was well looked after from start to finish. My wounds healed with no infections and my scars are neat, minimal and almost disappeared. I would have no hesitation in recommending Professor McCaul and the rest of the team at LBF. You would definitely be in safe hands and your best interests are at the forefront.
