I attended La Belle Forme in March this year for a consultation with Prof McCaul. He had been recommended to me for facelift surgery. My main issues were lack of definition at my jaw line and a double chin. Due to ageing I also felt I lacked volume in my cheeks which was making me look old. I was very nervous about this meeting as I had never had any surgery or facial injections before. I can honestly say Professor McCaul made this process so comfortable for me. He put the emphasis on what I wanted the end result to be and then advised on what we would need to do to achieve that. He went through the process step by step, he also showed me before and after photographs of a patient who had received similar treatment and this hugely put my mind at ease as it all looked to natural. There was no pressure to make any quick decisions just really helpful information given in a very straightforward and friendly manner. I came away from our first meeting feeling very happy and confident that I had all the information and that Professor McCaul would look after me and deliver the natural look I wanted. My main fear of this type of surgery was that it would look unnatural and false. I then met with him again and got collagen injection into my cheeks which was a painless and very effective process. My surgery followed on the 27 August and I really felt comfortable because of our prior meetings. On that day he again went over what would happen and was so understanding and reassuring. The outcome of the surgery is completely what I wanted and went exactly as he had advised. There were no surprises other that how well it all went. I am delighted and cannot recommend Professor McCaul and his team at La Belle Forme enough.
