I had an appointment with Mr Ellis and found him very helpful, kind and very thorough. He explained what I needed to know and asked if there was anything else I wish to know. I have another appointment and although I’m a little worried about it, Mr Ellis put my mind at rest. So very important to have a care give listen and explain. I highly recommend him
