I suffered for years and years with chronic knee pain, after an acl rupture and multiple cartilage tears, many doctors told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to wait 20 years until I was old enough for a knee replacement. Dr hossain didn’t except this for me and began scans and test to figure out a solution for my knee, he came to my with the suggestion of a Osteotomy, a procedure when the re-aline my leg bone to take the pressure of knee where the cartilage had worn away. The procedure was very success and my quality of life is far better now for me and my family, I’m able to do things that I hadn’t done for years because of my knee pain, and that’s all down to dr hossain and his willingness to help me.

I’ve been under Mr Hossain for about 2 years regarding my arthritic knee. He’s been utterly marvellous, I could not have wished for better treatment. He is so knowledgeable and understanding, he explains things thoroughly, and was happy to repeat his explanations until I finally understood. I have had a successful total knee replacement, which has now given me my life back! I have had a longer than anticipated recovery, due to other circumstances, but he was there every inch of the way, right until my final appointment, and discharge. I honestly can’t thank him enough for giving me my mobility back, I’m no longer reliant on a wheelchair, and at only 57, this means the absolute world to me. Thank you thank you thank you!

Mr Hossain is very easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say and then explains the options for the relevant surgery. My recovery following partial knee replacement has been exactly as he explained and I am now pain free. Excellent result from an excellent consultant/surgeon.
