Mr. Makki is very assuring and clearly explains the problem and procedure required. I felt very relaxed when discussing my problem, which was good, as I am a very nervous patient It is also good that when he discharged me he said that I could contact him at any time in the future if I have any concerns. He also came to check me when I was having physiotherapy, which, was very much appreciated.

Had a great experience with Mr Makki. Very good communicator, explained the diagnosis, treatment and care carefully and thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand. Surgery was eventually required and I am now recovering well after a very pain-free and successful procedure. Excellent care all round.
