1. Calm: when I was told by the head of the critical unit that there was a chance of disconnecting my brother, Angelos reassured me that nothing is definite and that we will have to wait and see; this is what a relative needs to hear in moments like that 2. Convincing: The authority with which he speaks helped my brother decide on whether to have a cranioplasty or not 3. Caring: Angelos will look for you at each stage of the process to bring you up to date 4. Responsive: He will reply to your messages quickly 5. Concise: meetings with Angelos are comfortably short because he can convey his message accurately in a few sentences

To Whom It May Concern, Dr. Angelos Kolias was not just professional with my situation, he was very supportive and humanistic. I couldn't have asked for a better person to entrust my care to. Very grateful for his expertise and support. Respectfully, Isaac George Patient MRN# 3924065

The service I received from this doctor was amazing. He called my partner and explained very clearly what the situation was, what the procedure would be and discussed clearly the possible complications. After the operation he updated my partner as to how he felt the operation had gone. I have total confidence in this doctor, nothing was too much trouble when it came to explaining the operation and he answered any questions thoroughly.
