After searching for a surgeon for quite some time I was fortunate to meet Lynsdey Highton. From the first consultation to aftercare Lyndsey could not do more for me. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions no matter how big or small. She always gave me plenty of time to talk things through. She took the time to explain at every stage and gave realistic expectations of results. The results from my tummy tuck and fat transfer are fantastic. Way better than i every thought possible. At 5 weeks post op my scar is low and already fading nicely. My treatment in hospital was exceptional with Lyndsey visiting a number of times to make sure I was ok and check if I had any problems. I am very grateful I found Lyndsey for my surgery and would not hesitate to recommend.

Miss Highton was very understanding about my reasons for wanting plastic surgery. She had empathy and was very honest about what was achievable. She explained about the procedure both pre and post surgery and about recovery. I was very happy with the results of the surgery and Miss Highton’s surgical skills delivered what I had hoped for. The surgical incisions are very neat and are healing nicely. I did have a minor infection post surgery and I was able to see Miss Highton very quickly and she sorted this immediately with antibiotics and advice regarding looking after the wound. Miss Highton has seen me regularly post surgery and is happy to see me at any time in the future should I have any problems or concerns which is very reassuring. I have found Miss Highton to be a very supportive and caring doctor, very approachable and she has a very friendly reassuring manner with patients. I admire her amazing skills as a surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Miss Highton.

I had breast augmentation revision surgery 6 weeks ago under the care of Lyndsey Highton and I have to say I am so incredibly lucky to have such a specialist surgeon in my area. After doing some research and reading up on a few different surgeons, Lyndsey stood out a mile with her experience, knowledge and expertise. I suffered mentally having lost the majority of my breast tissue after having my 3rd child and had been left flat chested. I had my first augmentation 14 years ago and although the outcome was an improvement, I had never been happy with the results - it was clear the procedure hadn't been carried out as well as it should have. At my first consultation with Lyndsey she listened carefully and patiently as I explained my situation. During examination she knew exactly what was necessary to correct the issue and explained how this could be achieved giving me a more natural look. It was an easy decision to choose Lyndsey as my surgeon and so went on to have a second, thorough consultation to finalise details of the upcoming surgery. The care I received from Lyndsey just before, during and after my surgery was outstanding. She is attentive, reassuring and has a very calming nature which really helps when you're going through major surgery. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome, with now having a natural looking result. After having such a difficult time mentally with my appearance, for the first time in 20 years I feel 'normal'. Lyndsey is highly experienced and when future revision surgery is needed, I will only ever have her as my surgeon.
