I had my surgery done with Lyndsey Highton recently and I cannot recommend her enough. I researched surgeons thoroughly and I am so pleased that I chose Lyndsey as my surgeon. Lyndsey listened exactly to what I wanted which was a very natural look and I could not be more pleased with my result, it's exactly what I wanted and the whole experience with Lyndsey has been fantastic from start to finish!

I came to see Miss Highton, at The Private Clinic in Manchester, the whole procedure from beginning to end was amazing, the initial consultation put my mind at ease, there was no hard sell from the clinic, i was left to make decision without any pressure. The day of the op, both Miss Highton and the hospital staff were so reassuring i felt i was in safe hands. The after care from Miss Highton was so good and i was informed of what i should and shouldn’t do. The end result of my breast reduction is amazing, i am totally overwhelmed with the results, never did i imagine that i could look and feel this good. I would thoroughly recommend Miss Highton.

I found my experience with lyndsey and her colleagues to be very welcoming, professional and overall a great treatment. She listened to any questions i had and also helped me to make the best decisions with my surgery. I got exactly what i hoped for from my surgery and am very happy with the result. Miss Highton initially saw me for my first consultation in late September 2019 and listened to my story and how my gynaecomastia had effected my life since my early teens and throughout my adult life. Miss Highton asked all the right questions such as, have you tried exercise and diet?, have you had your hormone level tested?, What is your family history? etc. Only when assessing the above factors did Miss Highton talk about the surgery and how the surgery worked and the procedure etc, along with showing me previous surgeries and results she had done in the past. Miss Highton then sent me away with information and asked me to have a good think about the surgery. A second consultation was also booked. By the second consultation i had already made up my mind that i would be committing to the surgery. Miss Highton provided me with the reassurance that i needed and explained the procedure from top to bottom, at this point i was then offered a range of different dates to have the surgery undertaken. I managed to secure a date just two weeks after my second consultation. On the day of the surgery i was understandably nervous, but Miss Highton reassured me of the surgery and also answered any last minute questions i had. The surgery took around 3.5 hours. Upon coming around from the surgery i can honestly say i was looked after by confident and competent staff, who attended to my every need throughout the night. The next morning Miss Highton came in to check my wounds and my general health. From the beginning of the process to the end of the process i have felt listened to and ive been observed and advised accordingly. The outcome of the surgery is amazing and it has genuinely changed my life along with boosting my confidence. I am able to wear clothing that i couldn't wear in the past, along with being able to do activities with my kids that in the past i would avoid. I would recommend Miss Highton if you are even considering surgery!

There are too many great words to describe Lyndsey however what she has done for me has changed my life and I can finally be comfortable in my own skin. Lyndsey and her team were amazing and I had the best care before and after. She made me feel so comfortable from the start and I had no hesitation in going ahead with my breast reduction surgery.
