I was recommended Lyndsey by my best friend after her incredible experience being treated by her, and my whole experience with breast reduction surgery was just as brilliant. She is a truly phenomenal surgeon that makes you feel extremely comfortable and at ease right from the initial consultation through to post-op. This was my first operation, and she made me feel confident in my decision throughout the whole process. There was no judgements and she was so understanding as to why I wanted the op, listening to any and every question I had for her along the way. My recovery has been seamless, and I felt very looked after by Lyndsey as well as all the staff at the hospital. I know that, even now, I could contact her with any questions I may have. I am absolutely over the moon with my results, and will be forever grateful to Miss Highton for her incredible hand in gifting me with the confidence I feel like I’ve been missing my whole life! I wholeheartedly recommend her!

On 4/01/21 I was diagnosed with DCIS 10mm high grade oestrogen fed breast cancer. I needed left breast therapeutic mammaplasty. I asked if it was possible to have a breast reduction combined with the cancer surgery. I contacted Lindsay Highton and was seen within 2 days. I felt reassured after my consultation, she arranged for a mag seed to be implanted prior to surgery, (new technology) and had surgery on 23/01/21, amazing given that it was the height of the pandemic. The procedure was explained and I felt confident and calm going to theatre. The operation went well and I spent just one night in the hospital. I woke up with a PICO 7 pressure wound dressing to protect the wounds from bacteria and to help healing which I wore for one week. During the first week there was some pain and discomfort managed with paracetamol. I wore compression bras for six weeks after which I wore a 34D cup bra, having previously worn 36JJ bras. I had follow up checks and there was always a breast nurse available by phone. I had no issues from the surgery and the result is amazing and has changed my life. Lindsay kept me up to date with my histology results and has arranged future reviews and liaised with my GP. I feel very confident in her ability and am pleased she will be looking after me for the next 5 years. The breast nurses are also very knowledgeable and friendly, at every visit I felt at ease. I was always scared of having a breast reduction but having had it, I just wished I had it done years ago.

Miss Lyndsey Highton is truly amazing at what she does. She was very professional, friendly and has a calming presence. I had breast reduction surgery performed by her and I cannot highlight enough how great she is at what she does. The staff were great too.I had worries about going under as it was my first operation but from the start she has been very understanding and comforting. Everything went very smoothly and my healing has been a dream. I can’t thank her enough as she really is without a doubt a talent at what she does. Her work speaks for itself. I am so happy I came across Miss Lyndsey Highton after extensive reviews of surgeons in my area I decided to go for a consultation with Miss Highton. From the moment I met her I knew she was the surgeon for me. I was concerned that my breast implants were making me poorly and this was my reason for explanting them. Miss Highton was fully supportive from the start to the finish. My aftercare was outstanding and I was looked after and able to contact her at any point if I had any concerns ( which I had none at all) I am now 5 weeks post op explant and uplift and feel great and I’m very pleased with how my breasts look Aesthetically. I finally have me back. Thank you so much this meant the world to me x

I only met with one surgeon and that was miss highton. I didn't feel the need to see anyone else. Miss Highton put me at ease instantly, she was warm and friendly but also very professional in manner. The surgery went very well and I am delighted with the results. I had breast reduction surgery and the long standing pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back has disappeared. I look much more in proportion and clothes fit me properly. On the day of my surgery Miss Highton came to see me and we chatted about normal things which helped to allay any anxiety I felt. Miss Highton is very approachable and made me feel comfortable and cared for. On the follow up appointment miss Highton was as delighted as I was with the results and reassured me I could contact her after discharge if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Miss Highton if you are considering breast surgery
