Dr Moldovan listens, follows things through, and makes sound professional judgements. It is not her fault but action from test results have to wait until you can get an appointment with her. I had a telephone appointment.

I have had several phone consultations with several doctors from my GP clinic, and each time I had to explain my history all over again. Even though I thought the doctor calling would have already taken the time to view my information before the call. Also, most of my symptoms were dismissed as unimportant until I spoke to Dr Moldovan. She listened carefully, was empathetic and to my greatest pleasure, during follow-up consultations, didn't ask me to repeat my history! She communicated to me in very clear terms and took all of my concerns into consideration before making decisions. Also, she was very knowledgeable about my condition as compared to previous consultations I had had. I would recommend her anytime.
