The doctor explained everything well although would be better in an environment where it was quiet. Unfortunately as no time is set for the phonecall I was walking on a busy road and therefore was not very convenient for concentrating on a phonecall. The doctor was kind and I left the call satisfied.

I would love to see this doctor on a regular basis however she is a specialist doctor and I know this is not possible. She however is very lovely and kind. I would personally like to say that she is sweet and kind thank you.

Professional and caring with super good people skills. This doctor clearly cares about her patients and does a great job at asking the right questions and listening to the conversation to really understand what's going on. She has booked follow up appointments to ensure symptoms are improving whilst contacting other medical professionals to ensure they're looped in with my care. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her and as long as I'm living where I am and need to see a doctor, my preference will be to see her. Can't think of any constructive criticism!!

I am so happy about the way she approached my situation and her explanation was very clear. If every doctors can be good as her, patients will likely be free to talk while in visits
