Dr Moldovan was great. She really listened to my problem. She was excellent at explaining the reason and theory behind what could be the issue and was calm and reassuring throughout. She spoke in clear and understandable terms which is important when dealing in a jargon or acronym heavy professional. I was so pleased to have a pleasant visit to the doctors!
