i had a morning appointment today, the white board said this doctor was running 20 minute late, far enough, not too long, i was still waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, so ive now been waiting 1 hour as i early, how can a doctor be running so late so early in the morning. i have arthritis in my neck, lower back, knees and ankles, as well as other problems, sitting still for so long on the waiting room uncomfortable chair makes it very painful for me. to put the lid on it all, a so called mental health problem man came in and started kicking off with swearing and jumping about, this lead for him to jump the queue and went straight in to see the doctor, after waiting in pain for over an hour, i made up my mind to re-appoint (which now is in November). you need to review your rules on mental health issues with these patients to be usher into a side room, not jump the queue and doctors better with good time keeping. PS this same man on the bus going home, was completely different, showing no problems of mental health and behaved well. i on the other hand couldn't wait to get home :(

I have been treated by Dr Fickling for Crohn's disease for the past 8 years. He is so kind and caring and has been really supportive in finding the right treatment for me . His team at Queens hospital are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for the help they have given me in the last few months.
