Dr Singaravelu provided outstanding care for our daughter during her recovery from anorexia nervosa. He treated her with the utmost respect, listening carefully to what she was saying and giving considered and pertinent responses. He gave her the time she needed, our sessions never felt rushed. He was empathic yet challenging. He took care to ensure our daughter was informed about decisions she was making, in particular regarding medication. He was very supportive to us as her parents, again taking time to answer our questions and listen to our concerns. Our daughter trusted and respected him. This allowed her to talk freely to him and I believe their therapeutic relationship was instrumental in her recovery.

Dr Vinod was very patient and willing to listen. He asked lots of very open questions, but was good at prompting me when he could see was struggling to come up with answers. He gave really helpful and constructive advice about how to move forward.

Dr Vinod is very caring , thoughtful and understanding. He is sensitive to my daughters issues and has brilliant analogies to explain things . He is a great listener and is good at encouraging my daughter to challenge some of her thoughts . A suggestion on how to improve would be that he tries to speak louder as with a mask on as well it was quite difficult to hear him.
