I had a procedure at the Ravenswood Clinic last Friday. Firstly all the nurses with whom i came in contact were extremely professional, caring and reassuring. The procedure, whilst not exactly pleasant, was completely painless and the attention I got from Dr Naqvi was excellent. I have to have a follow up in a few weeks but have no fears of doing so having experiences the procedure once. I was extremely impressed by the facilities at Ravenswood and its employees.

I was well looked after from the start to finish. I had my endoscopy done and I was pleased with the outcome and the advice which the doctor gave me.

However, don't let perfectionism become an excuse for never getting started.

after feeling very nervous about having an endoscopy for the last couple of weeks I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital and very pleasant nurses. DR Naqvi was very calming and explained everything that was happening as he went along which I found very reassuring.

I attended the endoscopy clinic at Ravenswood for a follow- up session. All the staff were helpful and very reassuring at every stage. I had no sedation apart from the local anaesthetic and the whole thing, while not that pleasant, was certainly not worth having more sedation for. Dr Naqvi had obviously looked thoroughly at my notes from the previous visit with another doctor when several biopsies were taken. He was very gentle and reassuring, and gave helpful advice and comments. Totally professional and of the highest quality.- I feel very fortunate to be linked to this clinic and to Dr Naqvi..
