It took a long time but Dr Ram really persisted and eventually found a diagnosis for my tummy problems. I'm diagnosed a coeliac now and the gluten free diet is working. What a difference to my quality of life! Dr Ram was especially patient and always sympathetic to my condition and understood my issues when I kept going back to him. His methods for colonoscopy and gastroscopy were always gentle and careful and therefore I always had the utmost confidence that I would not suffer during those procedures. Once, there was another doctor who wasn't as careful and caused me great pain during a colonoscopy. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Ram for finding out what was causing my tummy problems and helping me to get rid of the pain that I used to suffer every day. By the way, from memory, his clinics have always been quite good and my appointments were only ever delayed slightly.
