I visited Dr Ramakrishnan with the view I was wasting his time. He reassured me this wasn't the case and carried out various thorough tests in order to establish the cause of my discomfort. At all time I understood exactly what test and procedure I was undertaking and why. I didn't feel rushed and felt I could ask any question regardless of how minor it seemed.
