Dr Ram (or 'Ram' as he prefers to be addressed) is friendly without barriers and is someone I believe, who cares about his patients welfare and listens to their views and concerns. He answers questions clearly and is not afraid to tell the truth as regards symptoms but equally reassures in an equal fashion.
