Dr Denny was really welcoming and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in a very short amount of time. He explained things really well and I felt as though I was really listened to and my input and thoughts were appreciated.

The session was really smooth and a very easy environment to be in. I felt listened to and understood and ultimately the outcome enabled me to be one step closer to a treatment plan which is right for me.

Dr Denny's ability to listen and give excellent advice from listening so carefully was second to none - he was brilliant and I felt really hear and understood, with great advice on how to move forward.

I can't recommend Dr Denny more he was a great listener and understood my issues quickly, he gave me great advice and treatment plan. You can really tell he cares which helps a lot when it's stressful to discuss things which kept me calmer than i thought i would be. I would definitely see him again

My session with Dr Denny was amazing, he is a great listener and showed lots of understanding to my symptoms and the impact that they have on my life. I am so grateful to finally have a diagnosis so that I can now access the treatment that I really need, in order to live a better quality of life. I would highly recommend him.

Profile

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist. I was an NHS Consultant in Adult Mental Health for over 20 years and now work privately.

I trained as a doctor at Bristol University. I have a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Psychotherapy. I became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1996 and a Fellow of the College a decade ago.

I make sure my patients receive a comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment. In addition to prescribing medication, my psychodynamic approach helps to understand how past experiences relate to present difficulties. This can often be the key to recovery.
