I was recently referred to Dr Rodney De Palma following an angiogram carried out by another doctor when a more complicated problem was discovered needing an MRI scan before further treatment could be considered. I found Dr De Palma extremely professional and caring in explaining to my wife and I how he would be able to help me and the procedures that could be used. He also took great care and time to make sure that we understood the problem and I left the consultation feeling extremely confident that I was in good hands. His secretary Catherine was very helpful on the phone and answered my emails promptly.

Dr De Palma has been outstanding in the care he has shown me over the past few months. I went to him with symptoms of heart palpitations and a racing heart, and he was so kind, caring, and thorough in his approach. He listened to all of my concerns and did a comprehensive examination on the first appointment. He then referred me for further tests to ensure all bases were covered. He was always prompt in his responses and gave me a detailed and very useful breakdown of all my results. His PA, Catherine, was also very helpful and responded to emails promptly. I cannot thank and recommend Dr De Palma enough - he goes above and beyond to help his patients.

Dr de Palma is outstanding; currently, he is looking after my aortic stenosis and atrial fibrillation. I have complete confidence not only in his diagnoses but also in his ability to explain them lucidly and thoroughly and then translate them into action. For instance, within just a week of our previous appointment he scheduled an angiogram (carried out at Wycombe with great care, sympathy and efficiency) followed that same morning with ECG and Xrays, all explained in advance in great detail, and followed by scheduling an appointment with another consultant in just five days time. And also giving me an excellent debrief on the results of the morning's tests. I am hugely impressed - and very grateful.

Dr de Palma is a very impressive and reassuring. Courteous, obviously extremely intelligent, a good "listener", and sympathetic, he inspires great confidence and trust. I feel lucky to be in such very good hands. Clearly, he is destined for a glittering future career.
