I came to Dr Chatterjee with a shoulder and a neck pain referred by the rheumatologist. Dr Chatterejee asked lots of detailed questions and took a holistic approach to understand the problem. He referred me to a physio and also to have a blood test. As a result, my neck pain has gone within 2 weeks and we found the reason for calcium accumulation in my shoulder that caused the pain.
I would recommend Dr Chatterjee without any hesitation as I believe his holistic approach helps the patients to understand the real reasons for the pain and what can be done and cant be done.
What I really liked about Dr. Chatterjee was that he took a holistic view of your health, lifestyle, history of previous treatment, what has worked, and what hasn't and was able to be constructive on working with me, along with getting evidence through MRI to come up with the right treatment plan. Unfortunately in the case of bulged/slipped discs in the neck, there is no silver bullet solution, but to be able to find a sustainable way forward for me has been very valuable.
I met Dr Chatterjee once and found him to be very thorough and attentive, as well as approachable, with a friendly manner. He communicated my results and diagnosis very clearly and found time to do so on a Saturday morning.
I did find the admin around getting the results of my scans and a follow-up appointment somewhat below par as it took several weeks longer than I had expected and had to phone three times before actually managing to speak to Dr Chatterjee.
(BTW I saw him at Park Lane Wimbledon, which doesn't seem to be listed below).
I left my consultation feeling much happier than when I went in!
Very helpful interview and assessment. Quick diagnostic referrals. Options well explained.
