From the initial referral from my Oncologist, the professionalism along with treatment and care from Dr Leech has been impeccable. His approach and empathy whilst providing clear and fully detailed explanations before and during the procedure left me feeling extremely reassured, especially at a time when dealing with numerous medical appointments and procedures. I’d also like to thank his secretary for her help and support. Dr Leech fitted me with a port ahead of my chemotherapy treatment. I was quite nervous on arrival for the procedure, and feeling quite emotional about my recent breast cancer diagnosis. When I called to book a date for the procedure Dr Leech’s office made me feel really comfortable and reassured, and did a good job of thoroughly explaining what would happen. At the hospital Dr Leech explained everything to me, and I felt reassured by his calm and caring manner. The port has been incredible useful during my chemotherapy. I had thought I would feel strange about having a piece of plastic in my chest, but I got used to it very quickly and am so grateful that I had it for blood tests and chemotherapy over the 6 months of treatment.

I am very nervous about anything medical and Dr Leech was excellent in his bedside manner and throughout the procedure. he took time to discuss everything with me and make me feel at ease and he was very caring and genuine. I consider myself lucky to have been referred to Doctor Leech
