Dr Leech was very thorough in explaining the procedure/risks/possible side effects of putting in a port prior to the operation last week. He was also very helpful in answering all my questions post the operation. Many thanks to Elizabeth Leech for booking/arranging the operation in such short notice. My procedure (Portacath insertion/removal), involved two separate visits, a year apart. On both occasions, I had a local anaesthetic and sedation, so was aware of what was going on. Dr Leech's professionalism, informal and caring manner, put me fully at ease on both occasions. I would also like to mention his secretary , Elizabeth who was also very friendly and efficient.
