I have been trying to contact her and her secretary for weeks. The latter offers a terrible service over the phone and email, lacks knowledge and manners and does not know how to deal with any enquiry at all. I had their details as given by my insurance, where limited professionals are offered. I understand my case was complex but instead of having a conversation with me explaining why or why not she was willing to study my case I was brushed off and toyed around without any sort of explanation or answers and refused any type of service.

I have been under the care of Dr P Dassan for the last 4 years. I find her very approachable and understanding. She has been helping me alots.

I found her unprofessional and very rude. She was very abrupt and felt irritated by having to answer (layman) questions that we had. The advice was good but she delivered it in an insensitive and condescending manner. I felt she should have displayed a higher level of professionalism and softer approach. After all neurology is not our area of expertise it’s hers.

Dr Dassan has been extremely supportive and caring, she has been treating me for Epilepsy for over 4 years. I have my fully faith and trust in her as she has been giving me exceptional care for the past few years.
