Dr Munim Moiz

I am trying to reach you for more than 48 hours for the plan of action for my treatment. You were supposed to reach out as discussed and so far there’s no way to get a hold of doc tap or you. Highly unreliable and unprofessional and disappointing.

I saw Dr Munim Moiz through DocTap. I had initially been skeptical about this service as it seemed a bit 'gimmicky', but Dr Moiz has completely changed my mind on it. He provided me with exemplary medical care, easily on par with any I've had in the past, whether privately or through the NHS. He came across as extremely competent and demonstrated an excellent bedside manner. He listened fully to everything I had to say, and once I had finished, suggested a plan of action which indicated that he had fully understood and taken into account the nuances of my particular situation, but still left the door open for me to disagree with him if I wanted to - in this case I didn't, but I was comfortable that I could have done so if necessary and that he would have taken my opinion seriously. After having gone in feeling very distressed and worried that I would not be taken seriously, I left feeling entirely reassured that I was in capable hands, with a sensible plan of action to address my problem, which both met my needs and which could be adapted in future if necessary. Very highly recommend Dr Moiz.
