My first visit on this occasion to Dr Ather was last September following an MRI on my back around July 2025. On my first visit he stated he did not have the MRI results and I would have to contact his Secretary the following week to have my results imported to him then I would be given another appointment. Three appointments in November. December and February were all cancelled. I finally had an appointment on the 18th February. The same thing happened again with no results. Meantime my pain is getting worse. He showed no empathy or concern. Throughout both appointments he addressed me as darling which is not professional. I have made a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour of Mr Muhammad Ather.

Hi, unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Dr Ather or his secretary. His Secretary Suzanne would never pick up her phone, didn't attach MRI scans to my case, so I went without treatment and proper appointment for 7 weeks like that. When I did have appointment with Dr Ather, he said he can't do anything without the scans, but still will charge me 30 pounds for the appointment. When I expressed this to Suzanne (secretary), Dr Ather gave me a call and said he won't see me anymore and hang up. So overall, very distressing experience that delayed me in getting better. I hope others won't experience what I had with them..
