My experience with Dr Al-Rikabi has been wonderful. I finally got a diagnosis and a treatment plan and my procedure was done a couple of days ago. Dr Al-Rikani treated me like a person not a number . His approach is very patient centred and I felt heard and I cannot thank him enough. I was in safe hands from start to finish and can already see the benefits following my procedure. I was fortunate enough to have this done at the Sloane. What a wonderful team they have there. I will be writing a separate “Thank you” to them.

I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder manifesting in chronic pain. The NHS being the NHS, there's been little support as everyone points the finger to another department but Dr Al-Rikabi is great. Not only does he listen and show great care, but he's funny and makes you feel cared for. I hate going to hospital appointments but I look forward to seeing him because I know he tries and fights for patients to get the best possible outcomes. If he could teach all doctors how to advocate and treat patients, the NHS would actually serve its purpose.
