Vecy uncaring, didn't listen to a word I said, talked down to me and my family and existing care team, and basically just accused me of being a faker because some of my symptoms didn't make sense to her, because she always knows best

Knowledgable yet totally lacking in people skills (ironically)
Dr Morgan comes across as a very cold individual, with little compassion and treats the patients like a number or statistic.
it is very hard to open up and share your troubles with her, as you very much feel like you are being judged.
Patients have regularly been heard saying that she scares them and they are afraid to go in to ward ounds with her.
Bedside manner is crucial in any field, especially in Psychiatry.

I had the misfortune of being treated by Dr Morgan at Oaktree's Ward in Clatterbridge. I been in many units in my time but I have to say Oaktree's/Dr Morgan are an experience I'd like to forget. Would not recommend.
