I have attended the Nuffield clinic Cambridge regarding my PMR diagnosis, and was referred to Doctor Jadon for further tests.
Doctor Jadon arranged quickly Xray's and MRI scan to determine if there were any underlying problems, this was dealt quickly and efficiently by the relevant departments.
I was pleased to hear on my next appointment with Doctor Jadon, my results were clear. I left the Clinic feeling relieved and reassured by Doctor Jadon's findings.
Doctor Jadon was an excellent consultant to have care for me.
Dr Jadon is both professional & caring in his work, listening & understanding the problem. Communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend him.
I visited Dr Jadon with chronic pain and swelling in both my left ankle and knee joints which had been persistent for two weeks. As an active man I was unable to walk without pain and unable to exercise. My sleep was disrupted and appetite gone. I have suffered from gout in the past where my regular medication had suppressed the pain within a few days. I was beginning to think this was something very serious. On top of this I was due to be driving across France for a wedding anniversary present within five days.
Thankfully once in the hands of the affable Dr Jadon he gave me confidence that his treatment would enable me to go on holiday. within an hour my ankle and knee had been aspirated and a cortisone injection in both sites. Samples form the knee and ankle were sent for analysis and I undertook further blood samples for examination.
By the time I had travelled home a journey of 40 minutes the pain in my ankle was gone unfortunately the knee took a little longer to recover. albeit it didn't drive I did get away on holiday. Dr Jadon provided support via e mail and I have now learnt that even when taking predisolone continue with gout medication.
Gout is very painful and debilitating like many of my fellow sufferers I don't drink port or eat lots of red meat but my body produces Uric acid from which crystals form in my joints.
Dr Jadon is now my best friend as he has advised me on the key essentials to avoid gout and reassured me that within at least three days of any future attack he can provide an immediate response to the pain with direct injections as I have received.
Thank you for your understanding and immediate action I have received excellent service from a gout expert.
From start to finish my treatment at the Nuffield and Cambridge Lea Hospital has been first class. I found Dr Jaydon to be extremely courteous, caring and easy to talk to. He was able to diagnose my condition and he made all the necessary follow-up arrangements and treatment for my condition to be put right in a short space of time.
I am extremely grateful to him after many months of experiencing extreme pain.
Dr Jadon has a very pleasant & engaging manner, & has been extremely helpful whilst I have been seen by him during my diagnosis & treatment process. He immediately diagnosed my symptoms/condition & provided an effect medication program, which has been effective immediately, for which I am most grateful.
He has also provided excellent support with regard to my employment report requirements.
I would absolutely recommend Dr Jadon.
